In this paper the fiber trajectory stability of filament wound toroidal pressure vessels is evaluated for two most frequently used patterns: single helical winding, helical and hoop winding. The basic equations of equilibrium for fibers on a torus are given based on netting analysis. The governing equations that determine helical winding angles along the meridional direction are derived for the two winding patterns. The slippage coefficients of the obtained fiber trajectories are calculated using the non-geodesic law and differential geometry. The condition between the hoop-to-helical thickness ratio and the relative bend radius of the toroid is also formulated to prevent fiber bridging on the concave surface. The fiber slippage and bridging tendencies are outlined and compared, corresponding to various relative bend radii and hoop-to-helical thickness ratios. The results show that the single helical winding process provides better stability of fiber trajectories, in terms of both fiber slippage and bridging, than the helical and hoop winding. The toroidal vessel with larger relative bend radius requires lower coefficient of friction between the fiber bundle and the supporting surface. The present analysis for fiber trajectory stability affords a useful reference tool for designing filament-wound toroidal pressure vessels. 相似文献

高放核废物地质处置、地热资源开采与贮存以及城市地下供热管道设计等现代岩土工程的建设都需要考虑温度的影响,使得温度对天然非饱和土体基本性质影响的研究成为土力学的重要课题之一。为了研究非饱和土水力和力学性质受温度影响的规律,需要研制新的温控试验装置,以便为这种研究提供工具和手段。基于对既有非饱和土静三轴仪的改造,研制了一种温控非饱和土三轴试验装置,通过将所研制的温控压力室与非饱和土三轴试验系统的有机结合,实现了试验过程中对温度控制及量测的目的。利用该试验装置,对不同温度下非饱和土土水特征曲线进行了测定,所得结果与现有理论结果相吻合。 相似文献

In order to improve risk analyses and influence the design of the future H2 systems, an experimental study on “real” leaks qualification and quantification was performed. In H2 energy applications, fittings appeared as a significant leakage potential and subsequently explosion and flame hazards. Thus, as a part of the “Horizon Hydrogène Energie” French program, four kinds of commercial fittings usually employed on H2 systems were tested thanks to a new high pressure test bench – designed, setup and operated by INERIS – allowing experiments to be led for H2 pressures until 700 bar. When passing through a tunnel, aerodynamic effects on high-speed trains may impair passenger comfort. These variations in atmospheric pressure are accompanied by transient increases in sound pressure level. To date, it is unclear whether the latter influences the perceived discomfort associated with the variations in atmospheric pressure. In a pressure chamber of the DLR-Institute of Aerospace Medicine, 71 participants (M = 28.3 years ± 8.1 SD) rated randomised pressure changes during two conditions according to a crossover design. The pressure changes were presented together with tunnel noise such that the sound pressure level was transiently elevated by either +6 dB (low noise condition) or +12 dB (high noise condition) above background noise level (65 dB(A)). Data were combined with those of a recent study, in which identical pressure changes were presented without tunnel noise (Schwanitz et al., 2013, ‘Pressure Variations on a Train – Where is the Threshold to Railway Passenger Discomfort?’ Applied Ergonomics 44 (2): 200-209). Exposure-response relationships for the combined data set comprising all three noise conditions show that pressure discomfort increases with the magnitude and speed of the pressure changes but decreases with increasing tunnel noise.Practitioner Summary: In a pressure chamber, we systematically examined how pressure discomfort, as it may be experienced by railway passengers, is affected by the presence of tunnel noise during pressure changes. The Tb40(Fe49Co49V2)60 films were fabricated by magnetron cosputtering from a multiple target arrangement at different argon pressures.The samples were investigated using X-ray diffraction,magnetic force microscope and vibrating sample magnetometer.A strong perpendicular anisotropy was obtained for the sample prepared at 0.4 Pa.The easy direction of magnetization could be turned from perpendicular to in-plane direction either at high working pressures(P Ar >2.0 Pa) or by annealing at temperatures higher than 250 °C.An excellent magnetic softness with coercivity below 3 mT and saturating field of 20 mT in film-plane direction was obtained for the sample prepared at 0.7 Pa and then annealed at 350 °C. 相似文献
